Role Description Ironpeak is seeking a full-time Regional Manager to oversee and support agency partners within the Los Angeles, CA region. This on-site role involves managing relationships with affiliated agencies, driving business growth, optimizing performance metrics, and ensuring alignment with company objectives. The Regional Manager will also identify opportunities for new partnerships, conduct market analysis, and collaborate with teams to implement effective strategies tailored to each agency’s needs, while ensuring operational best practices are maintained.

Qualifications Leadership and management skills, including inspiring teams, managing performance, and guiding operational success. Strong relationship management and client service skills to build and maintain partnerships with agencies. Business development experience, including sales strategy, market trend analysis, and revenue optimization expertise.

Exceptional organizational and project management skills to handle multiple priorities effectively and meet deadlines. Thorough understanding of the insurance industry and agency operations is highly beneficial. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and negotiate effectively.

Proficiency in business tools, software platforms, and data analysis for tracking key performance indicators. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
