Building Fabric engineer

We are seeking an experienced Building Fabric Engineer to work closely with the onsite Management team and deliver building fabric services. Role Building Fabric Engineer Hours: 40 hrs/week Location: Cardiff, CF15 7YJ Responsibilities Deliver basic plumbing, ceiling repairs, carpet fitting, door closer fitting, roof and gutter cleaning, emergency light testing, painting and basic carpentry tasks. Communicate with internal and external clients to build strong relationships.

Carry out minor mechanical/electrical repairs and planned preventative maintenance (PPMs). Supervise trainees and technicians when required and coordinate with departmental management to clarify resource needs. Qualifications Experience in facilities management or building services.
