Job Description
We are looking for a data-driven and business-oriented HR Lead to drive Talent and Performance at Atyeti. This role will partner closely with business and HR leadership to strengthen performance management, talent development, retention, and workforce effectiveness. What This Role Will Own: Strategic Goal Alignment : Collaborating with senior management to link individual employee goals (OKRs) to the overall organization strategy.
Continuous Performance Managemen t: Lead end-to-end performance management processes from goal setting, reviews, to tracking KPIs, conducting 360 -degree reviews and one-on-one check-ins in mid-year reviews, and conducting annual performance appraisals Performance Calibration & Fairnes s: Leading calibration sessions to ensure consistent, unbiased ratings across different departments. Talent & Retention : Running retention strategies, analyzing attrition trends (eSat, eNPS), and identifying high-potential employees and creating development plans; managing PIPs (Performance Improvement Plans) for low performers Data-Driven Insight s: Analyzing performance metrics, turnover trends, and engagement scores to identify high-potential talent and performance gaps Compensation & Reward s: Support the annual salary review process, bonus payouts, and recognition programs to align performance with rewards Compliance & Employee Relation s: Ensure adherence to Indian labor laws and company policies while managing employee disputes or disciplinary actions Data Analysi s: Use HR analytics to track performance metrics (e.g., appraisal completion rates, rating distribution) and provide insights Success Measures: Performance review completion and effectiveness Employee engagement and eNPS improvement Retention of high-potential talent Effective closure of performance improvement plans Strong calibration, talent, and performance outcomes across teams What Weβre Looking For: 5+ years of HR experience, preferably within IT services and consulting environment Strong business acumen with experience linking talent and performance outcomes to business goals Demonstrated experience in performance management, talent reviews, and retention strategies Strong stakeholder management and influencing capability with ability to work closely with leaders Data-driven mindset with strong analytics and workforce insights capability Experience handling employee relations and conflict resolution with emotional intelligence and sound judgment Ability to balance strategic thinking with strong execution in fast-paced environments
