Dean – School of Computer Science & Engineering Location: IILM University, Greater Noida IILM University invites applications for the position of Dean – School of Computer Science & Engineering. The Dean will provide strategic, academic, and administrative leadership to the School, ensuring excellence in teaching, curriculum development, industry engagement, research, accreditation, faculty development, and student outcomes. Key Responsibilities Provide academic and strategic leadership for the School.

Drive curriculum innovation and ensure academic excellence. Oversee program delivery, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance. Mentor and develop faculty while fostering a collaborative academic culture.

Strengthen industry partnerships, internships, placements, and experiential learning opportunities. Promote research, innovation, funded projects, and interdisciplinary initiatives. Lead accreditation, ranking, and continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications & Experience Ph.D. in Computer Science & Engineering or a related discipline from a reputed institution. Minimum 15 years of academic experience, out of which 5 years in leadership and administrative responsibilities. Proven experience in managing academic programs, faculty, and institutional initiatives.

Strong record of research publications, funded projects, and industry engagement. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Profile Experience in reputed national or international universities.

Exposure to accreditation, quality assurance, and academic administration. Ability to drive academic growth, innovation, and institutional excellence.
