Candidates must have strong practical experience in multi-layer PCB design, embedded communication protocols, lab debugging tools, and manufacturing-oriented hardware development. The ideal profile comes from embedded product companies, IoT, industrial electronics, or R&D environments where they owned hardware designs end-to-end and worked closely with firmware and production teams.
