Position Ove rviewThe selected candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality education, mentoring students, conducting advanced research, and contributing to the academic and strategic growth of the Department of Computer Science & Enginee ring. Key Responsibi litiesDeliver undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Computer Science & Engine ering.Develop and implement innovative teaching methodologies to enhance student learning out comes.Guide and mentor students in academic projects, research activities, and career develo pment.Conduct high-quality research and publish in reputed peer-reviewed journals and confer ences.Secure research grants and collaborate on interdisciplinary research initia tives.Participate in curriculum development, accreditation processes, and academic administr ation.Foster industry-academia collaborations and contribute to departmental g rowth.Stay abreast of emerging technologies and incorporate relevant advancements into teaching and re s earch.Eligibility Cr iteria Associate Professor / Pr ofessorPh.D. in Computer Science & Engineering or a closely related discipline from a recognized univ ersity.M.Tech. in Computer Science & Engineering / Information Technology with a minimum of 55% marks.Minimum 8–10 years of relevant teaching, research, and academic administrative experience in higher education instit utions.Demonstrated record of quality research publications in reputed journals and confe rences.Experience in academic leadership roles such as Department Head, Programme Coordinator, Dean, or equivalent will be pre ferred.Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.Commitment to academic excellence, innovation, diversity, and inclusive edu cation.
