Website : https://timesinternet.in About Role You'll own specific integration tracks and borrower-facing flows end-to-end, not as support to the Lead PM, but as the person accountable for those areas. Expect to be deep in API specs one day and in a UX review the next. The team is small and flat, there's no room to wait for directio Responsibilities Own borrower onboarding flows β OTP, KYC, document upload β and drive them to completion with tech Own bureau integration (soft pull at pre-qualify, hard pull at sanction), eKYC, and eSign end-to-end Configure LMS repayment engine, EMI calculation, and prepayment module with the vendor Drive NACH/UPI AutoPay integration including bounce tracking and retry logic Define borrower communication touchpoints across the loan lifecycle and make sure they get built Lead UAT for your tracks β write the cases, execute them, log bugs, chase resolution Keep product documentation current; make sure no integration goes live without it being documented Requirements 2β4 years of PM experience in fintech, lending, or payments Have worked hands-on with KYC flows, bureau integrations, or eSign implementations Comfortable with API specs, not just reading them but catching issues in them Know how NACH mandates and EMI collection workflows actually work Can write clearly and coordinate across teams without escalating everything upward Basic SQL or analytics ability to self-serve on funnel data
