With premium buses, a simple app and caring customer service, our passengers get the luxury of time in their busy schedules. We're bringing joy back to commuting, and turning around urban traffic woes in a big way.
Today, we run 1200+ buses across Mumbai, Hyderabad, Delhi and Kolkata and log 60,000+ daily rides. Over the next 3 years, we plan to scale to 5000+ buses and 300,000+ daily bookings across India. Cityflo is well-funded by prominent investors, operationally profitable and on path to soon become net profitable.

Business Development Identify, target and close new corporate clients, with a focus on 500+ employee organisations. Drive outreach across channels - cold and warm calls, email campaigns and industry events - to build and convert a strong pipeline.
Maintain a healthy, well-qualified pipeline across target segments and geographies. B. Sales Strategy & Execution Develop and execute targeted sales campaigns, leveraging digital outreach, events and referrals to generate high-quality leads.
Own end-to-end deal cycles - from first contact through negotiation, proposal, and close. C. Pipeline & Reporting Manage, track and report all sales activities using CRM tools.
Maintain accurate and updated records of leads, opportunities and conversions. D. Relationship Management Build and nurture strong relationships with corporate decision-makers, HR leaders and procurement teams.
Understand client needs deeply to propose tailored Cityflo mobility solutions and drive renewals and upsells. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in corporate sales, preferably in the transport / mobility industry. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
