Role Description You will work directly with the Senior Vice President – Business Development as a core member of the business development and execution engine, operating at the intersection of strategy, data, and execution.

This role is designed for an individual who can combine structured thinking, analytical rigor, and disciplined execution to drive outcomes across customer engagement, internal coordination, and strategic initiatives. You will serve as the central integrator of information, communication, and action, ensuring that customer requirements are translated into clear internal deliverables and executed with precision. This includes managing end-to-end communication with customers, synthesizing inputs from multiple functions, and driving timely closure of critical business activities.

What You Will Do You will lead and support high-impact activities across three key dimensions: Drive Structured Customer Engagement: You will engage with customers to understand requirements, articulate organizational capabilities, and ensure timely, accurate, and contextually relevant responses. You will operate as a trusted coordination point, ensuring that all customer interactions are backed by clarity, responsiveness, and depth. Enable Data-Driven Decision Making: You will gather, structure, and synthesize data from across functions to create actionable insights, reports, and presentations.

This includes transforming unstructured inputs into clear narratives that support both internal decision-making and external communication. Orchestrate Cross-Functional Execution: You will work across sales, estimation, tendering, projects, operations, and marketing teams to ensure alignment and delivery. You will track critical timelines, identify risks, and drive resolution through proactive follow-ups and escalation where required.

Support Business Development & Market Presence: You will support the SVP - Business Development in advancing business development initiatives, including coordination for exhibitions, conferences, and external engagements. You will contribute through research, preparation, and execution support. Manage High-Quality Customer Experience at the Plant: You will own the planning and execution of customer visits, ensuring a seamless and professional on-ground experience that reflects the organization’s capabilities, systems, and culture.

Qualifications & Experience Experience: 4–8 years in consulting, business operations, sales coordination, or similar roles involving structured problem-solving and client interaction Education : Engineering degree preferred; MBA strongly preferred Industry Exposure : Experience in or exposure to Oil & Gas or Manufacturing sectors is an advantage Additional Strength : A strong interest in the Oil & Gas industry will be considered a plus What Distinguishes You Ability to translate ambiguity into structured execution Strong research and analytical capability with clear articulation Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities simultaneously Comfort operating across strategic discussions and ground-level execution High level of professional ownership, responsiveness, and discipline Impact In this role, you will directly influence the effectiveness of the Sales function by ensuring that: Customer requirements are translated into timely, high-quality outcomes Internal teams operate with clarity and alignment Business development efforts are supported with structured thinking and execution rigor
