Senior Project Manager – IT Infrastructure Pre‑Deal / M&A | Tenant‑to‑Tenant | Third‑Party Management London (City of London) – 3–4 days onsite Permanent, Full‑Time £70,000 – £80,000 per annum + benefits Overvie w We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a fast‑paced transformation programme, delivering complex IT infrastructure and tenant‑to‑tenant migration initiatives across merger and acquisition activity. This is a highly visible, permanent role sitting at the intersection of business readiness, technical delivery, and third‑party coordination — requiring strong stakeholder management and hands‑on project leadership at a senior leve l. Key Responsibilit ies Lead M&A and pre‑deal IT infrastructure projects, ensuring operational readiness and delivery alignment across integration and separation activi tiesManage tenant‑to‑tenant migrations end‑to‑end, including planning, dependency mapping, cutover governance and risk manage mentCoordinate multiple third‑party vendors and systems integrators, holding them accountable to delivery milestones and quality stand ardsOwn project plans, RAID logs, governance reporting, and senior stakeholder communications up to C‑suite l evelWork closely with infrastructure, cloud, security and identity teams across complex, multi‑entity environm entsEnsure delivery in line with agreed scope, timelines, and regulatory/compliance requirem entsDrive continuous improvement in project delivery methodology and governance framew orks Required Exper ience Proven track record as a Project Manager delivering IT infrastructure programmes in large enterprise enviro nmentsStrong background in M&A, pre‑deal, merger or separation pr ojectsDemonstrable experience managing tenant‑to‑tenant migrations across O365 and/or Azure enviro nmentsExtensive experience managing third‑party vendors and systems integrators within complex prog rammesComfortable operating in high‑pressure, ambiguous environments with evolving prio ritiesExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including regular C‑suite enga gement De sirableWorking knowledge of O365, Azure, identity and cloud infrastructure c onceptsExperience collaborating with architecture, security and networkin g teamsBackground in financial services, consultancy, or similarly complex enterprise s ettingsRecognised project management certification (e.g.
PMP, PRINCE 2, MSP)
