Key Responsibiliti esLead day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, productivity, and service qualit y.Manage inbound, outbound, storage, inventory control, and value-added logistics activitie s.Develop and implement warehouse processes, SOPs, and operational control s.Monitor operational KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiative s.Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and industry best practice s.Manage warehouse staffing, workforce planning, training, and performance managemen t.Coordinate with transportation, customs, customer service, and commercial teams to ensure smooth supply chain operation s.Support warehouse startup projects, including layout planning, equipment implementation, and operational readiness activitie s.Manage relationships with third-party service providers and business partners where require d.Drive cost control and operational efficiency improvement s.

What We're Looking ForProven experience in warehouse, logistics, fulfilment, or supply chain operations manageme nt.Previous experience managing warehouse teams within a logistics, e-commerce, parcel, freight forwarding, or distribution environme nt.Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control process es.Experience with warehouse startup, site launch, or operational transformation projects would be highly advantageo us.Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skil ls.Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environme nt.Knowledge of UK Health & Safety requirements within warehouse operatio ns.Right to work in the United Kingd om.Preferred Experie nceExperience within logistics providers, express delivery, freight forwarding, e-commerce fulfilment, or third-party logistics (3PL) operatio ns.Experience managing warehouses of 20,000+ sq ft.Familiarity with automation, warehouse optimisation, or process improvement initiativ es.Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement experience is desirab le.
