Job Description

Overview Aldrich CPAs and Advisors is looking for an International Tax Manager. The position involves working closely with our clients in a variety of industries, including those with multinational operations and cross-border investments. You'll dive into complex international tax matters and offer strategic guidance with partner oversight and support.

This role is open to location, with a preference for candidates based in OR, WA, or CA with the ability to work a hybrid schedule out of one of our local offices. An International Tax Manager provides client service, relationship management, and consulting services with a focus on international tax compliance and planning.

This role serves as the international tax expert and coordinates all aspects of the client’s global tax relationship, including advising on cross-border structuring, U.S. foreign reporting, and the tax implications of international operations. This position is client facing, so the ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, enjoys interacting and building client relationships, and provides timely and high-quality deliverables that exceed client expectations. Check out more about Aldrich at https://aldrichadvisors.com/ You Will Get a Chance To Coordinate and plan service delivery to clients, including conducting review meetings with a focus on international tax matters. Participate in the creation and development of processes and infrastructure designed to support international clients and cross-border engagements. Advises clients on international tax structuring as they expand operations across borders.

Manage all aspects of the client relationship, including international compliance and reporting requirements. Lead new client prospecting, design presentations, and support closing meetings, with an emphasis on international services. Develop and mentor staff and seniors through training and effective performance feedback, ensuring responsibilities are consistent with skills and development goals.

Manage risk and financial performance of engagements including billings, collections, and project budgets. What You Bring to the Team 5+ years recent experience in public accounting with a primary focus on tax, including international tax experience. Experience with U.S. international tax reporting and cross-border tax issues.

At Aldrich, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on facts and circumstances of each candidate. Aldrich also ensures internal equity in all pay decisions. The current estimated salary range for this position is $125,000 - $175,000.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational goals.
