Job Summary Manages and executes the Company’s sales growth strategies for the assigned division, supervising field sales representatives.
Develops short‑ and long‑range plans, pursues partnerships with aligned customers, deepens existing relationships, and maximizes retail collaborations to achieve profitable growth. Directs planning, organization, and coordination of the sales function to effectively execute strategies that drive sales volume and professional development of the sales staff. Responsibilities Develop and coach Sales Representatives to enhance skills, performance, and execution.
Foster a positive, collaborative team environment and direct daily and strategic activities across the Division. Build and maintain productive relationships with retail customers and share Division opportunities with Regional leadership. Influence retailers to support Company strategies using consumer and retailer insights for alignment.
Coach the team on selling excellence and retail partnership management, guiding creation of impactful selling plans across product categories. Maintain strong product and industry knowledge and collaborate with Regional resources to identify sales opportunities. Lead quarterly and monthly deployment of key sales initiatives, accountable for achieving retail execution objectives and company priorities.
Analyze Division performance, generate insights, and develop solutions to enhance execution and create win‑win outcomes with customers. Optimize coverage design, maximize team productivity, and ensure alignment with retail cycle plans. Ensure proper placement and servicing of merchandising fixtures, adherence to partnership agreements, promotion execution, and support competitive pricing.
Drive retailer adoption of the ITG Portal for reimbursement and tracking. Promote sharing of best practices across the Area, Region, and Division, communicating customer and competitor insights to senior leadership. Fully accountable for Division results—including coverage, merchandising, distribution, promotion execution, volume, and talent management—and perform other job‑related duties as assigned.
Qualifications Required Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or GED with 3+ years of related sales experience. Experience driving sales performance in a team environment. Experience in business‑to‑business account selling. 21+ years of age, valid driver’s license issued by state of residence.
Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Teams. Strong verbal and written communication, attention to detail, problem‑situation analysis, time and task management, multitasking capabilities, flexibility and adaptability. Delivering on Division KPIs while driving best practices across sales plans, optimal coverage, and quarterly/monthly measurements and reporting.
Building strong business relationships with customers. Effective critical thinking and ability to monitor category performance. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field. 1+ year of direct supervision/managerial experience.
Work Environment and Physical Demand Must live within assignment boundary or be willing to relocate. Requires moderate physical effort; occasional lifting or moving light objects (10‑50 lbs). Ability to bend, crouch, stretch, climb, or reach in retail environments.
Walks, sits, or stands for extended periods. Travel as required based on assignment needs. Occasional exposure to noise, dust, or weather.
