Start Date: June 1 Contract Length: ongoing Shift Details: 10 hour days, 7a-5p Schedule: June 1 4 June June 29 July 2 July July August August September 7 10 September Work Details: Amount of Coverage Needed per Month: 2 weeks per month Patient Population/Age: 18+ Patients per day: 15, 2 consults per day Department Description: clinic and hospital rounds/consults, clinic is inside hospital, no trauma EMR: EPIC Hospital Bed size: 150 beds Special Procedures: bypass amputations Practice Setting: • Hospital Requirements: Board Certification: BC or BE in Vascular Surgery License Required: PA DEA: yes Minimum Experience Required: 1 year of vascular (if no surgical experience that is ok) Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days, temps avail with clean file
