Job Description Job Description Larry E Crum & Associates was established in 1968. We have a very low turnover rate and believe in family. We are currently seeking a Commercial Lines Sales/Service Insurance Agent with a sense of urgency to offer sales and service to new and existing clients.

We are looking for someone who wants to establish roots and does not jump from job to job every few years. Benefits for the Commercial Lines Sales/Service Insurance Agent: · Health Insurance offered (available after 90 days) · Dental Insurance offered (available after 90 days) · Vision Insurance offered (available after 90 days) · Competitive base salary offered (commensurate with experience) · Bonus incentive based on individual/agency performance · 3 weeks of paid time off plus many holidays Qualifications for the Commercial Lines Sales/Service Insurance Agent: · Property & Casualty license required · Sales and negotiation skills are required · Commercial Insurance experience is required · Bilingual in Spanish/English is a plus, but not required · Strong verbal and written skills · Sense of urgency a must to meet deadlines · Dependable, reliable and team player and not tardy · The ability to multitask · Have a desire to grow and become a better you · Ability to learn quick and think fast and utilize common sense · Previous insurance experience required · Motivated to help others · Good customer service skills · Must be able to prioritize work flow and change gears quickly · Great organizational skills · Prefer previous sales history and insurance history · Proficient with MS Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint · Must have High School Diploma at minimum, but Bachelor’s preferred Responsibilities for the Commercial Lines Sales/Service Insurance Agent: · Effectively manage large amounts of incoming calls · Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction · Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication · Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools · Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow-up to ensure resolution · Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents · Take the extra mile to engage customers Benefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Supplemental pay types: Bonus pay Weekly day range: Monday to Friday
