Experiential Marketing Manager – Brand Experiences & Activations Company: The Cocktail Story / TCS Experiences Location: Delhi / Mumbai / Bangalore Industry: Experiential Marketing | Events | Retail | Lifestyle | Design & Production About Us The Cocktail Story is a 360° experiential marketing and brand solutions agency specializing in activations, events, retail experiences, fabrication, production, content, and large-scale IPs. We work with leading alco-bev and lifestyle brands to create culture-first experiences across India. Role: Experiential Marketing Manager We are looking for a highly creative, execution-focused, and strategic Experiential Marketing Manager to lead brand activations, large-scale experiences, retail campaigns, and IP-led marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in experiential/events marketing, client management, production coordination, and on-ground execution. Key ResponsibilitiesExperiential Campaign Planning Lead conceptualization and execution of experiential marketing campaigns Develop innovative consumer engagement ideas for brands and IPs Work on launches, festivals, pop-ups, nightlife experiences, retail activations, and brand collaborations Translate brand objectives into immersive and culturally relevant experiences Project & Execution Management Manage end-to-end planning and execution of events and activations Coordinate with internal teams including design, fabrication, production, operations, and content Oversee timelines, budgets, production schedules, and execution plans Ensure flawless on-ground delivery and troubleshooting during live events Client Management Manage client communication and project updates Present concepts, strategies, and execution plans confidently Build strong relationships with brand teams, partners, venues, and vendors Identify opportunities for business growth and repeat partnerships Vendor & Production Coordination Coordinate with fabrication teams, vendors, artists, venues, and production agencies Conduct recce visits and manage execution logistics Ensure quality control across all branding, fabrication, and production deliverables Strategy & Innovation Stay updated on global experiential trends, nightlife culture, luxury experiences, and youth marketing Contribute to pitch decks, new business proposals, and IP development Research new formats, partnerships, and collaboration opportunities Requirements 4–8 years of experience in experiential marketing, events, brand activations, advertising, or lifestyle marketing Strong understanding of event production and experiential campaign execution Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong vendor, venue, and stakeholder management skills Comfortable working in fast-paced and execution-heavy environments Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Google Workspace, and presentation tools Experience in alco-bev, luxury, hospitality, nightlife, or fashion industries preferred Ideal Candidate Creative thinker with strong execution abilities Passionate about experiences, culture, and consumer engagement Strong leadership and problem-solving skills Detail-oriented and highly proactive Comfortable leading on-ground execution teams and live projects Perks Work on leading national and international brands Exposure to large-scale festivals, experiences, and campaigns Fast-growing and highly creative work environment Opportunity to build culture-first IPs and experiences High ownership and growth opportunities To Apply Send your CV, portfolio/work links, and social handles to: [email protected] ( not .com) Subject Line: Application – Experiential Marketing Manager
