In this position, you'll support Customer Success Managers and leverage your analytical capabilities to enhance product adoption and client satisfaction.
You will develop and maintain key performance metrics, onboarding strategies, and customer outreach plans based on telemetry insights. Your role is vital in fostering long-term relationships with customers while ensuring they realize the full value of our solutions.
