Requirement Engineer

Requirements and Change Request Management Manage, coordinate, and baseline all requirements and specifications with internal and external stakeholders (EEZ, JVs, CARIAD, suppliers). •Drive and track the complete change request (CR) lifecycle, incl. clarification, evaluation, documentation, stakeholder alignment, and integration into specifications •Control and coordinate FO specification releases, functional build‑up tracking (IDs, Capabilities, PLM), CR statistics, and project documentation •Managing highly complex requirement and CR structures across brands, suppliers, functional owners, and technical systems — including diagnostics, FO‑handover, CARIAD interfaces, PLM dependencies, and CCB decision processes •Atlassian Toolchain (JIRA, confluence9), CODEBEAMER or DOORS, System42 •Requirements & change request management (incl. baselining, stakeholder alignment, CCB preparation) •Technical evaluation & plausibility checks of CRs in collaboration with functional owners •Specification coordination including functional build‑up, FO‑handover, and PLM tracking •Strong cross‑functional stakeholder coordination (CARIAD, JVs, suppliers, EEZ) • Clear, structured and proactive communication
