Position Details Details Information Designation Assistant Manager – International Sales Experience: 4 – 8 Years CTC: Up to 8 LPA Industry Type ; IT Industry Qualification ; Graduation / Post Graduation Work Location ; Pune, Maharashtra Interview Process ; Face-to-Face Notice Period ; Immediate Joiners or 10–15 Days Preferred Job Responsibilities Identifying and generating new business opportunities through research, networking, and outbound sales efforts. Understanding client requirements and presenting suitable software solutions to address business challenges. Conducting product demonstrations and presentations based on client needs.

Collaborating with sales, marketing, and product teams to create effective pitches and proposals. Managing and nurturing leads throughout the sales funnel with regular follow-ups and relationship management. Handling the complete sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and closure.

Leading and mentoring a small team of sales executives to achieve individual and team targets. Achieving monthly and quarterly revenue targets and contributing to business growth. Maintaining accurate sales activity records in the CRM system.

Staying updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies. Required Skills Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 4–8 years of experience in Business Development or Sales within the IT/Software industry. Strong understanding of software products, SaaS solutions, and technology trends.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Experience in team handling or mentoring sales executives is preferred.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as within a team.
