What Youβll Do HR Operations Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle (onboarding to exit) Ensure smooth execution of HR operations, payroll inputs & HRMS updates Maintain employee records, MIS, and HR dashboards Employee Relations & Engagement Act as a trusted HR partner for employee queries and concerns Drive employee engagement initiatives and culture-building programs Handle grievance resolution and foster a positive work environment Recruitment & Talent Support Support end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing to onboarding) Coordinate with hiring managers and ensure smooth hiring experience Build talent pipelines and enhance candidate experience HR Policy & Process Implementation Ensure adherence to HR policies, SOPs & compliance requirements Drive implementation and continuous improvement of HR processes Support audits, documentation, and policy communication Local Administration (Hyderabad Office) Oversee office administration and facility management Coordinate with vendors (housekeeping, security, etc.) Ensure smooth functioning of workplace operations Communication & Stakeholder Management Deliver clear and effective HR communication across teams Conduct trainings, inductions, and employee sessions Collaborate with stakeholders to align HR initiatives with business goals β What Weβre Looking For MBA / PGDM in HR (or equivalent) 4β8 years of experience in HR Operations / HR Generalist role Strong knowledge of: HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Employee Relations & Engagement Recruitment coordination HR Policies & compliance Hands-on experience with HRMS (SAP / Workday / Darwinbox, etc.) Excellent communication & interpersonal skills Why Join Us?
