Role Overview: You will be responsible for advising clients on investment opportunities in premier residential projects by Tier 1 developers.
You will manage a portfolio of clients provided by the company, help them find properties suited to their needs, and ensure a smooth sales process from initiation to closure. Key Responsibilities: โ Present and recommend suitable residential properties to clients based on their investment preferences. โ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction. โ Managethe complete sales process, from initial contact to post-sale engagement. โ Coordinate and conduct site visits for prospective clients. โ Participate in negotiations and help clients make informed decisions. โ Stayupdated on market trends, competition, and sales strategies to offer valuable insights. โ Drive revenue growth by achieving allocated targets and identifying new opportunities.
