This is not another SaaS platform. The Role: AI-Native Builder (Forward Deployed) This role sits at the intersection of engineering, product, and customer impact . Think early growth engineers — but rebuilt for the AI era. You’ll work directly with customers and internal teams to: Rapidly understand complex workflows and pain points Design and ship AI-powered prototypes (5–7 day cycles) Turn ambiguous problems into functional, high-impact solutions Iterate quickly and feed insights back into the core platform Help scale successful solutions into production systems ~80% technical. ~20% business/customer focused. This is a role for builders who thrive in ambiguous, high-ownership environments and want to work on problems that matter.
