Job Description Job Description Description: What Youโll Do Perform hands-on testing of transducer products , including: Vibration testing (random and sine) Burn-in testing Thermal cycle testing Electrical functional testing using DMMs and oscilloscopes Execute calibration of transducers through iterative testing and circuit adjustments Troubleshoot production processes and hardware issues , including: Circuit boards Sensing elements Electromechanical assemblies Support transducer manufacturing operations by resolving technical issues on the production floor Maintain and calibrate test and measurement equipment used in manufacturing Provide RMA (Return Material Authorization) support including testing and evaluation Assist in build and testing of new product prototypes Ensure accuracy, documentation, and adherence to quality and engineering standards Requirements: What Youโll Bring Technical Skills & Experience Strong knowledge of electronic and mechanical instrumentation Ability to read and interpret: Assembly drawings Schematics Wiring diagrams Hands-on experience with: Digital multimeters (DMM) Oscilloscopes Power supplies Mechanical tools (torque wrenches, drills, etc.) Experience testing and troubleshooting electromechanical systems Familiarity with: Circuit troubleshooting Calibration processes Manufacturing environments Experience with soldering, welding, or electromechanical assembly (preferred) Aerospace or high-reliability electronics manufacturing experience (preferred) Core Competencies Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability Solid organizational and documentation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Effective communication across all levels of the organization Ability to clearly communicate technical information Education & Experience Associate Degree in a technical field (preferred) 0โ3 years of relevant experience Equivalent combination of education and experience considered Additional Requirements Strong mechanical aptitude Strong technical writing and computer skills U.S. Citizenship, U.S. Permanent Residency, or other status as a U.S.
