Manager, Workforce Transformation

Job Overview Manager, Workforce Transformation – PwC Canada. Leads end‑to‑end workforce and talent transformation initiatives, driving strategy, design, and implementation for clients. Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of client engagements from strategy through to implementation.

Collaborate with PwC and client teams to deliver high‑quality solutions. Control engagement economics and ensure delivery excellence. Participate in business development activities, identifying opportunities with new or existing clients.

Contribute to the development of technical acumen locally, nationally and globally. Build internal relationships and promote the PwC brand. Manage multiple projects with overlapping deliverables and navigate change.

Qualifications Minimum 5years of experience in organizational diagnostics, operating model implementation, and/or organizational structure design. Experience assessing the impact of change and developing or implementing change strategies. Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, including executive‑level presentations.

Proficiency in preparing proposals and related sales materials. Facilitation, design‑thinking and co‑creation experience with clients. Self‑motivated, collaborative, lifelong learner, high energy.

Strong storytelling, facilitation, and communication capabilities. Leadership experience, working to achieve team goals. Preferred Skills Change Management, Coaching, Emotional Regulation, Empathy, Inclusion, Learning Agility, Organizational Design, Organizational Development.

Other Requirements Ability to obtain a federal government security clearance. Eligibility to work in Canada. Compensation Salary range $112,400 – $162,400, based on skills, experience and location.
