The successful candidate will be responsible for managing dayâtoâday activities related to Dash Socialâs platform and brand presence, including planning, creating, and scheduling content across multiple social media channels. The role involves monitoring performance metrics and social trends, assisting with campaign execution, and collaborating with crossâfunctional teams such as product, marketing, and customer success. Responsibilities may also include drafting copy, preparing reports, supporting client enablement materials, and contributing to internal process improvements.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fastâpaced environment and is motivated to help brands use data and insights to outsmart their competition on social media. Qualifications Strong skills in content planning, copywriting, and basic visual storytelling for social media. Experience using social media management or analytics tools to schedule posts, track performance, and generate insights.
Ability to interpret data, create clear reports, and communicate findings to both technical and nonâtechnical stakeholders. Comfort collaborating with marketing, product, and customerâfacing teams to support integrated campaigns and initiatives. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and organization.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt quickly to changing requirements. Postâsecondary education in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
