Salary Range: $64,500 - $96,500 plus commission. Exact compensation may vary based on qualification, experience, and education. Closing Date: May 17, 2026 Senior Account Manager: We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to help grow our business and contribute to our future.
Position Overview In this opportunity, you will play a pivotal role in growing and strengthening ESC’s customer partnerships. This is more than account management, it’s about building trust, uncovering opportunities, and helping clients get the most value from ESC’s debt and recovery solutions. As a strategic relationship owner, you’ll connect with customers to understand their needs, identify growth opportunities, and champion solutions that drive long‑term success for both the client and ESC.
Responsibilities Grow and manage assigned customer accounts, acting as the primary relationship lead while identifying opportunities for expansion, product adoption, and long‑term retention. Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, follow‑up on conference leads, referrals, and collaboration with ESC partners. Conduct discovery sessions, product demonstrations, and client training, including Registry Complete demos, to identify client needs and align solutions.
Identify revenue growth opportunities by analyzing customer usage, purchasing patterns, and potential gaps, and developing targeted business plans to achieve sales goals. Serve as the voice of the customer, relaying feedback, identified issues, and potential product enhancements to the broader Sales and Product teams. Maintain regular customer touchpoints to ensure satisfaction, proactively address concerns, and strengthen long‑term relationships.
Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions within Salesforce. Qualifications A Diploma or Certificate in Business Administration (or equivalent), combined with 3+ years of experience in banking/financial services industry within a sales‑focused role. Familiarity with financial services environments, including customer onboarding processes, AML/KYC regulations, and related systems.
Experience or exposure to areas such as credit bureaus, equipment leasing, auto lending, small business lending, insurance, or loan origination systems within the financial services sector. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools. Working knowledge of CRMs (Salesforce).
