Sales Manager

We are looking for a customer-centric and proactive Relationship Manager to strengthen customer engagement, drive business growth, and build long-term partnerships for a leading fasteners manufacturing company. Key Responsibilities: Build and nurture warm, long-term customer relationships Act as the primary point of contact for customer communication Increase share of business through cross-selling and upselling Generate new leads through referrals and market outreach Convert leads into confirmed business through effective follow-ups Record customer data and share insights with management Requirements: Graduate degree required (Engineering or MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred) 2–5 years of experience in sales, customer relationship management, or similar roles Exposure to B2B or industrial sales is an advantage Strong communication skills with a customer-first approach High responsiveness and follow-up discipline Organized, reliable, and relationship-oriented Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
