No prior experience is required — we provide training. Responsibilities Scout and identify properties that may qualify for the S.E.A.P. Program Schedule homeowner assessments for Operations Managers Assist Operations Management with project progression toward installation Maintain a consistent flow of scheduled assessments Seek contact with homeowners, build rapport and follow up with homeowners who have not yet enrolled Maintain a minimum of 4 successful enrollments per month Entry level — training provided Paid training period available No experience required Reliable transportation preferred Performance-based advancement opportunities Compensation This is a commission-based position with a structured pay schedule.
