As the company continues to scale, it invests heavily in financial infrastructure, analytics, and business intelligence tools to support future growth. About the Role The Senior Financial Analyst – FP&A will lead budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and business intelligence initiatives across the organization.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys digging into data, building actionable reporting, and partnering cross‑functionally to improve business performance. The position reports directly to the VP of Finance and will have significant exposure to senior leadership. Key Focus Areas Financial modeling and strategic analysis Forecasting and budgeting Power BI dashboard development KPI reporting and executive storytelling Cross‑functional partnership with Operations, Sales, and IT Responsibilities Lead annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes Perform monthly variance analysis and financial performance reporting Build and maintain advanced Power BI dashboards and reporting tools Develop strategic financial models and scenario analyses Analyze large datasets from ERP and laboratory systems Evaluate revenue trends, testing volumes, margins, and COGS Partner with operational leaders to improve forecast accuracy and efficiency Present actionable financial insights to executive leadership Qualifications Required 4–7 years of FP&A, corporate finance, or highly analytical finance experience Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills Strong Power BI experience (DAX, visualization, dashboarding) Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field Preferred MBA or CFA Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning, Vena, or other EPM tools Healthcare, biotech, or diagnostics industry experience Why This Opportunity?
