Job Description The Compliance Business Analyst within the Compliance Change Management (CCM) department is responsible for implementing compliance solutions to ensure adherence to evolving federal and state legislative requirements related to mortgage loan servicing activities. The CCM department collaborates with legal, licensing, internal controls, technology, and business units to establish effective policies, procedures, and system changes addressing compliance gaps. The Business Analyst executes analysis and documents business and user needs for small to medium-sized projects related to compliance change initiatives, ensuring acceptance and sustainability by impacted units.
The analyst must produce comprehensive project documentation to facilitate successful implementation within the Seterus environment and processes. Skill Levels: Written and oral communication skills Requirements gathering Ability to capture business and technology requirements UAT test planning SQA and development support System Skills: Basic understanding of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, SharePoint) Intermediate knowledge of project management software (Microsoft Project or WorkFront) Intermediate knowledge of defect tracking software (RQM) Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent At least 5 years of business analysis experience Minimum two years in the financial or a similar industry Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business or related field At least 2 years of mortgage servicing experience Certifications such as CPBA or PMI-BA Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines. #J-18808-Ljbffr
