If you thrive on building relationships and creating memorable experiences? Join our team as a Sales Manager and help us grow our group bookings and event sales! Key Responsibilities Develop and manage group sales for events such as weddings, sports gatherings, and corporate events.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, event planners, and community partners. Create tailored proposals and packages to meet client needs. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth event execution.
Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals. What Weโre Looking For Proven experience in hotel, event, or group sales (hospitality background preferred). Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Creative problem-solving and customer service mindset. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment. Passion for hospitality and creating unforgettable guest experiences.
