RME is the country\'s first on demand less-than-truckload recycled materials pick-up service. It provides services to hospitals, schools, hotels, retailers, auto centers, warehouses, light manufacturers and other sectors underserviced by traditional waste haulers. The vision is national, and the sky is the limit.

The Account Executive position generates new account revenue in new accounts and revenue growth in existing accounts utilizing a consultative approach in the sale of the RME recycling services to a wide range of commercial facilities. The AE is responsible for prospecting and closing sales to new customers to achieve budgeted sales goals. The AE develops and implements sound selling strategies that ensure revenue growth.

We have an established Lead Generation machine that utilizes SEO, SDRs, Email Campaigns and AI Outbound Calling. We need an AE who can use this Pipeline of Leads to build perpetual revenue growth. At RME, Client Development means Pipeline Building.

The commercial sales cycle is a notoriously long and slow-moving process. The upside is long-term client relationships and long-term recurring revenue. We are providing services for an important, but non-core, area of a client’s business.

We channel our company’s resources into Pipeline Building to secure clients who will benefit from our services. This is a field-based position. You must love getting out and meeting with real humans at all types of facilities.

Responsibilities Prospecting and closing sales to new customers to achieve budgeted sales goals. Developing and implementing selling strategies to ensure revenue growth. Utilizing the lead generation pipeline (SEO, SDRs, email campaigns, AI outbound) to build perpetual revenue growth.

Building and maintaining long-term client relationships and recurring revenue. Qualifications Education: Bachelor\'s degree, or in lieu of degree, High School Diploma or GED and five (5) years of successful business-to-business sales including B2B cold calling and resulting in customer contracts. Experience: Three (3) years in direct B2B sales, B2B cold calling, and phone-based prospecting resulting in customer contracts (in addition to education requirements).
