This is an opportunity to blend strategic territory leadership with hands‑on business development —owning everything from rep enablement to customer demos and outbound outreach. What You’ll Do: Oversee and enable reps/distributors to drive pipeline and close deals Build customer relationships through on‑site visits (~50% travel) Lead proactive outreach using CRM (HubSpot), email, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator Deliver technical presentations and application‑based demos Represent the company at tradeshows and major industry events What You Bring: 2+ years of Industrial/electrical sales experience CRM‑savvy (HubSpot a plus) Strategic mindset + strong execution muscle Enthusiasm for travel, innovation, and customer engagement This is a high‑impact, high‑visibility role for someone excited to grow revenue and elevate this company’s presence in the industrial tech space.
