In this role, you will assist the Restaurant General Manager in leading daily operations, developing and inspiring associates, and delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced, hospitality-driven environment. In this role, you will support our company promise – Lead with Love by creating a culture built on respect, support, accountability, and genuine care for both guests and team members. Through hands-on leadership, coaching, and positive encouragement, they inspire their team to deliver exceptional hospitality while fostering an environment where people feel valued, empowered, and motivated to succeed together.

Salary Range : $55,000- $65,000/yr Key Responsibilities Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional guest service, food quality, and operational efficiency. Lead, coach, and support front-of-house and back-of-house teams by training associates, managing performance, and fostering a positive team culture. Monitor labor, inventory, scheduling, and cost controls to support financial goals and maintain operational standards.

Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, sanitation standards, and opening/closing procedures. What We’re Looking For 1-2 years of restaurant or hospitality leadership experience, preferably in a high-volume, casual or fine dining hospitality-driven environment. Proven experience leading, coaching, and developing teams in a fast-paced operational setting.

Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, guest service standards, scheduling, inventory management, labor controls, and food safety practices. Experience handling guest relations, resolving issues professionally, and maintaining a high standard of hospitality. Excellent communication, organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
