Position Responsibilities Conducting and performing trade studies Presenting and communicating complex solutions to internal and external customers Assisting in developing and documenting requirements for various sensors and tracking solutions Performing complex analysis to predict component performance to established requirements Conducting tests to validate performance of designs to requirements Collecting data on supplier and partner performance to ensure compliance to requirements Providing support to products throughout their lifecycle Supporting project management by gathering project status data Experiencing self‑leading IRAD projects Using agile tools such as JIRA or GitLab Basic Qualifications (Required) Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Aeronautical), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or equivalent 10+ years in a technical leadership role as a Technical Lead Engineer (TLE), Associate Tech Fellow (ATF), or Tech Fellow (TF) Experience with MATLAB for data analysis and/or modeling and simulation Experience working across teams or IPTs to gather data and collaborate Experience working on IRAD projects Preferred Qualifications (Desired) Experience with agile tools such as JIRA or GitLab Travel Travel is required for this position (at least 20%). Pay & Benefits Pay range: $210,800 – $285,200.
