Overview Make an impact: We’re looking for a hands‑on Chief Engineer to lead the maintenance and daily operations of our commercial office building. This role includes supervising a team, handling repairs, running preventive maintenance, and keeping tenants happy. You’ll manage HVAC systems, life/safety equipment, and small capital projects, while helping control energy use and maintenance budgets.

Handle tenant requests promptly and effectively. Qualifications 5–7+ years in building maintenance, especially commercial buildings. 2–3+ years in a leadership role. High school diploma or equivalent.

Universal refrigerant certification. Experience with HVAC, mechanical systems, and electrical codes. Able to read blueprints and use basic tools and meters.

Basic budgeting and computer skills (Microsoft Office, maintenance software). Great customer service and communication skills. Able to lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders, and work in various building areas.
