Franchise Manager - UK

The Franchise Manager will be responsible for overseeing franchise development, ensuring operational consistency, supporting franchise partners, and driving overall business growth across the UK region. Key Responsibilities Identify, recruit, and onboard new franchise partners in the UK. Manage and support existing franchisees to ensure smooth daily operations.

Ensure brand standards, processes, and compliance are maintained across all locations. Monitor franchise performance including sales, profitability, and operational efficiency. Provide training, guidance, and continuous support to franchise partners.

Develop and implement strategies to grow the franchise network and market presence. Work closely with internal teams to align business objectives and support expansion plans. Prepare regular performance reports and provide improvement recommendations.

Qualifications Proven experience in franchise management, business development, or retail operations. Strong understanding of the UK market and franchise business models. Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.

Ability to manage multiple franchise partners and locations. Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. Experience in driving sales growth and operational improvement.
