Job Description

Responsibilities The Director of Business Development will oversee the provision of sales, marketing, and customer service activities within the Business Development Department. The role will be responsible for achieving the desired utilization of the organization’s continuum of care through the effective application of marketing principles and methods, and will be actively involved in strategic planning, sales and marketing management, identification of potential growth opportunities, future projects, changes in programming/protocols, recruitment, retention, and partnership development. Master of Business Administration or related field highly preferred. Experience may be evaluated on a case‑by‑case basis in lieu of a degree. Experience : Prior marketing and/or sales experience within a behavioral healthcare setting preferred.

Minimum of five years’ experience in organizational communications, referral development, workshop planning, sales management, and physician relationships preferred. License : Valid Driver’s License required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
