Job Description
Position Summary The Business Development Director is responsible for driving netânew enterprise growth by identifying, engaging, and converting highâvalue brands into longâterm DAC partners. This role is highly consultative and strategic, focused on building pipeline, leading complex sales cycles, and positioning DACâs fullâfunnel capabilities across paid media, SEO, and Local Presence Management. You will work closely with senior leadership and crossâfunctional teams to develop and advance highâimpact opportunities.
What Youâll Do Research, identify, and prospect into netânew enterprise and multiâlocation brands aligned with DACâs target verticals. Build and manage a strategic pipeline through proactive outreach, triggerâbased prospecting, and relationship development. Leverage CRM, LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, and industry insights to identify, prioritize, and engage highâvalue target accounts.
Develop and execute tailored outreach strategiesâincluding creative and relationshipâdriven approachesâto break into target organizations and secure discovery meetings. Leverage events, conferences, and curated prospect experiences to generate new opportunities and build meaningful relationships. Lead consultative discovery conversations to uncover business challenges and align them with DACâs fullâfunnel capabilities.
Position DACâs offerings across paid media, SEO, Local Presence Management, and AIâdriven solutions. Navigate complex, multiâstakeholder organizations and build relationships across marketing, digital, and executive leadership teams. Collaborate with internal strategy, media, SEO, and local experts to develop customized proposals and pitch narratives.
Support and lead RFP responses, presentations, and negotiations with senior stakeholders. Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and forecasting in HubSpot, ensuring visibility into opportunity progression. Stay current on industry trends, including AI, search evolution, and digital transformation, to inform prospecting and positioning.
Build longâterm relationships to drive sustained growth and repeat business opportunities, leveraging existing networks and relationships to unlock new business opportunities. What You Bring 5+ years of experience selling digital marketing, media, or agency solutions to enterprise or multiâlocation brands. Proven ability to build pipeline from scratch and navigate long, complex sales cycles.
Strong understanding of fullâfunnel marketing, including paid media, SEO, and Local Presence Management. Consultative sales mindset with the ability to translate data, insights, and AIâdriven capabilities into clear business outcomes. Confidence engaging with seniorâlevel stakeholders, including VP and CMOâlevel decisionâmakers.
Selfâmotivated, targetâdriven, and comfortable operating in a fastâpaced, performanceâoriented environment. Strong communication, presentation, and relationshipâbuilding skills. Experience using CRM tools, ideally HubSpot.

Salary at DAC is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individualâs particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contractâspecific affordability and organizational requirements.
