This is a remote position. We're hiring a Sales Manager at Achieva Systems ? Achieva Systems builds intelligent transport and road safety technology.

We're expanding our India operations and looking for a driven Sales Manager to own our commercial growth across government, smart city, and enterprise clients in India. What you'll do Own the full sales cycle โ€” from prospecting and demos to proposal, negotiation, and close โ€” for Achieva's platform across transport, road safety, and smart infrastructure verticals Build and manage a pipeline of government agencies, municipal bodies, EPC contractors, and enterprise clients Develop and execute a territory sales plan aligned with Achieva's India growth targets Represent Achieva at industry events, tender presentations, and client site visits across India Work closely with the technical team (based in India and Australia) to tailor solutions, prepare proposals, and support deployment Manage relationships post-sale to ensure client satisfaction, renewal, and expansion opportunities Report on pipeline health, forecasts, and market intelligence to the leadership team Requirements Required 4 to 8 years of B2B sales experience, with at least 2 years in a quota-carrying role Demonstrated track record of closing mid-to-large deals with government bodies, PSUs, urban local bodies, or enterprise clients Experience selling technology, SaaS, infrastructure, or engineering solutions (not FMCG/consumer goods) Strong written and spoken English; able to communicate confidently with an international team Comfortable managing a complex sales cycle independently โ€” from cold outreach to signed contract Willingness to travel across India regularly for client meetings, site visits, and demos Highly Preferred Prior experience selling to traffic police, NHAI, state PWD/transport departments, municipal corporations, or smart city SPVs Familiarity with government tendering processes (GeM, L1 tenders, empanelment) Experience working with Australian, European, or international technology companies in India Established network across transport, road safety, or surveillance/security verticals in India Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
