This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Salary range: Rs 1000000 - Rs 1200000 (ie INR 10-12 LPA) Min Experience: 6+ years Location: Bengaluru, Mumbai JobType: full-time Requirements Develop and implement sales strategies aimed at increasing revenue and achieving sales goals. Identify and engage new B2B sales prospects through research, networking, and cold calling. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads.

Deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers. Manage and expand large, strategic accounts to enhance client value and ensure retention. Negotiate terms, conditions, and agreements with new clients to facilitate onboarding.

Compile and present sales reports and forecasts to management. Skills: β€’ Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities β€’ Excellent organizational and time-management skills β€’ Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team β€’ Proficient in CRM software and knowledgeable about sales processes β€’ Understanding of finance or financial products β€’ Proven success in meeting and surpassing sales targets β€’ Willingness to travel and work beyond standard business hours if needed Qualifications and Experience: β€’ Master’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing, Sales, or a related discipline β€’ 6 to 8 years of verified experience in B2B sales, consistently achieving targets β€’ Demonstrated expertise in managing and expanding large, strategic accounts Must-have skills Direct SalesFinTechCredit Rating Good-to-have skills Enterprise SalesNew Business Development
