Our product (SportsKinetic) actively operates and grow across key digital channels including: Google (Search & Performance Marketing) TikTok (Short-form content & growth marketing) Meta (Facebook & Instagram) YouTube (Video content and audience growth) Our approach is performance-driven, where marketing, product, and technology work together to deliver measurable growth, user acquisition, and conversions. Role Overview We are looking for a results-driven Social Media Manager to take ownership of our social media presence, with a strong focus on growth, paid campaigns, and conversion performance. This role requires someone who can execute strategy, manage channels, and deliver measurable outcomes, not just post content Key Responsibilities Social Media Strategy & Execution Define, develop, and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with overall business objectives, ensuring all activities contribute to measurable growth, user acquisition, and conversion outcomes.• Content Planning & Calendar Management Plan, structure, and manage detailed content calendars across all platforms (TikTok, Meta, YouTube, Google), ensuring consistency, relevance, and alignment with campaigns, product updates, and key business priorities.

Creative Direction & Messaging Take full ownership of the creative direction for all social content, including defining hooks, messaging, formats, and storytelling approaches that resonate with target audiences and drive engagement and action. Creative Development & Coordination Develop, brief, and coordinate high-performing creatives in line with business needs, ensuring all assets are optimised for platform performance, audience relevance, and conversion potential. Paid Campaign Management & Optimisation Plan, execute, and continuously optimise paid social campaigns (Meta, TikTok, and other relevant platforms), with a strong focus on return on investment (ROI), cost efficiency, and conversion performance.

Performance Tracking & Continuous Improvement Monitor, analyse, and report on key performance indicators including reach, engagement, click-through rate (CTR), and conversions. Use data-driven insights to refine strategies, improve performance, and scale successful campaigns. Trend Monitoring & Market Awareness Stay consistently up to date with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and audience behaviours—particularly on TikTok—and translate these insights into relevant, high-performing content and campaign strategies.

Channel Management & Operations Oversee day-to-day social media operations, including content scheduling, publishing, optimisation, and ensuring all channels are maintained to a high standard of consistency and quality. Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with product, marketing, and design teams to ensure social media activities are fully aligned with product features, campaigns, and broader business goals, enabling a unified and effective go-to-market approach. Requirements • 3–5 years of hands-on social media management experience (brand or agency) • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field • Proven experience in performance-driven social media and paid campaigns • Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and/or Google Ads • Demonstrated ability to generate leads and conversions, not just engagement • Strong copywriting skills with a natural feel for brand voice and tone • Proficiency with tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, or similar• Solid understanding of social analytics and reporting (native platform insights + Google Analytics) • Strong understanding of content strategy and creative performance • Deep awareness of TikTok trends, formats, and audience behaviour • Ability to analyse data and continuously optimise campaigns • Self-driven, proactive, and able to take full ownership How to Apply Please submit the following to • CV / Resume • Examples of work (campaigns, content, or accounts managed) • Any performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, conversions) Also answer: • Share a campaign you managed with results • How do you approach TikTok for growth and conversions? • How do you decide creatives for campaigns? • Confirm your availability for UK time zone
