Skin Clinic Manager

1. Clinic Operations Management Oversee daily clinic functioning including appointments, treatment flow, and patient coordination Ensure adherence to SOPs, hygiene protocols, and clinical standards Manage vendor coordination, inventory, and equipment maintenance Maintain smooth front desk and backend operations 2. Patient Experience & Journey Management Ensure premium client experience from inquiry to post-treatment follow-up Handle escalations, feedback, and service recovery Monitor patient retention and satisfaction metrics 3.

Sales & Revenue Management Drive clinic revenue through effective consultation flow and team performance Train and guide staff on consultative selling of aesthetic treatments and packages Monitor conversions, average billing value, and daily/monthly targets Upsell and cross-sell services ethically 4. Team Leadership & Training Lead, train, and supervise therapists, front desk, and support staff Conduct regular performance reviews and skill development sessions Ensure team adherence to grooming, communication, and service standards 5. Reporting & MIS Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports (sales, footfall, conversions, inventory) Analyze business performance and identify growth opportunities Coordinate with management for strategy implementation 6.

Compliance & Documentation Ensure all consent forms, case sheets, and documentation are maintained accurately Follow legal, safety, and clinical compliance standards Mandatory Requirements Prior experience in an Aesthetic / Dermatology Clinic (Non-negotiable) Strong understanding of skin, hair, and aesthetic treatments Proven experience in sales conversion and clinic revenue management Excellent communication and client-handling skills Leadership and team management capability Preferred Skills Experience with clinic management software (e.g., Zenoti or similar) Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability High level of professionalism and presentation
