Volunteer Organizational Development Specialist Jamaica

Enhance monitoring and evaluation skills as a Volunteer Organizational Development Specialist in Kingston, Jamaica, starting July 2026. Collaborate with PSOJ to strengthen governance frameworks and M&E capabilities. This six-month volunteer role supports the Private Sector Organization of Jamaica.

You will design innovative M&E tools like impact mapping and beneficiary mapping to track program effectiveness. This experience includes refining strategic governance practices to boost organizational impact and transparency.
