Job Description
What you’ll do: Execute CCS’s three strategic pillars: Partnership Model, Geographic Discipline, and Market Diversification. Focus on early engagement, ideal projects, and long‑term referral‑driven relationships. Build and Nurture Relationships: Cultivate trusted relationships with owners, architects, designers, community leaders, trader partners, and referral sources to generate business.
Expand Markets and Geographies Identify and pursue opportunities that align with CCS’s distance, project size, and partnership‑fit criteria to support disciplined growth. Lead Marketing and Brand Presence Own marketing strategy and execution – content, collateral, website, social media, events, and industry engagement that strengthen our brand and visibility. Manage Pipeline and Performance Use CRM to manage leads, track key indicators, set goals, and report on results that drive measurable growth.
Represent CCS Actively represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade associations while publicizing achievements and community involvement.
