About the Role: Grade Level (for internal use): 11 Position Title: Lead, Software Development Location: Hybrid 2 days per week onsite; Princeton, NJ, New York, NY, Charlottesville, VA, Englewood, CO, Raleigh, NC. Team Overview: Corporate Finance IT EPM Team managing Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) applications, including financial reporting, revenue and tax reporting, chart of accounts hierarchies, consolidations, reconciliations, finance cube development and management, and financial close processes in a techno‑functional project environment. Impact: Support business in overseeing accounting period close and consolidation processes through administration of financial systems.

The individual must understand the systems and technology required for reporting, reconciliation, audit requests, and compliance with SOX policies and procedures related to financial accounting. Responsibilities: Act as Administrator for Oracle EPM modules such as FCCS, PBCS, ARCS, and custom applications. Support financial professionals—including Corporate Controllers, FP&A, Treasury, Tax, and Divisional Finance—both domestic and international to achieve defined outcomes.

Work with cutting‑edge technologies, including automation and agentic initiatives. Participate in M&A/Divestitures, new projects, design reviews, solution workshops, quality assurance, and provide solution recommendations. Maintain confidentiality of non‑public data and information.

Adapt to flexible working hours required by key monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting periods and priority issue resolution. Submit audit requests timely and maintain documentation of all processes. Manage workload with high accuracy and meet deadlines; understand overall end‑to‑end process contributions.

Work independently, be accountable for processes and tasks performed, and learn new systems and processes as needed. Qualifications: Degree and minimum 6 years of financial experience. Hands‑on experience with Oracle EPM PBCS, FCCS, or ARCS applications.

Experience with EPM SmartView and Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with financial community and IT partners at all levels, including executive management. Proactive issue resolution and ability to manage multiple priorities in fast‑paced environments.

Ability to deliver with accuracy and work independently with clear accountability. Knowledge of Oracle EPM EDMCS or EPCM modules is a plus. Knowledge of process automation tools, HFM, and agile teams/processes is a plus.

Compensation/Benefits Information (US Applicants Only): S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $140,000 – $160,000. Final base salary will be based on geographical location, experience, and qualifications for the role.
