Job Description

In your role as Central Forecast & Replenishment Analyst, you will support the supply chain transformation for the Next 100 internal initiative, including the development of store replenishment reporting and analysis, actioning of inventory strategies and providing recommendations for continuous improvement. Your Role Evaluate and analyze the accuracy of new Forecast & Replenishment tool outputs for stores Provide recommendations aligned with demand planning strategies and business requirements as outlined by the project team. Analyze and improve internal process aligned to support the initiative goals working closely with the stakeholders.

Act as the liaison between the project team and replenishment planning team, escalating areas of risk to daily operations. Work with replenishment SMEs, operations specialists, and IS to resolve systematic and data issues that may occur during the implementation of new F&R processes. Identifying trends and bringing forward insights which help to support the overall goals of the initiative and organization.

Assist with the optimization of inventory strategies, coordinating with internal stakeholders. Evaluate and improve the existing decision making tools, using the inputs from the Seasonal Allocations Analyst information. Collaborate with the Manager, Replenishment Planning to build reporting which supports individual and team KPI measurements.

Coordinate with IS as required. Desired Skills & Experience BCom./Business Administration Degree Prior office, retail or supply chain experience preferred Keen analytical skills with the ability to manage work efficiently and effectively with proven organizational, planning and prioritizing skills. Excellent written and verbal communication.

Enterprising approach, with the ability to communicate opportunities in a positive and productive manner are required. A demonstrated ability to maintain confidential information along with a demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel and Access, is desired. Basic knowledge of Oracle, SQL, Python an asset.
