Job Description Job Description Construction Office Manager / Accounting Assistant Location: Miami, FL Responsibilities: Manage job cost accounting and project budgets Handle progress billing, AIA pay apps, change orders, lien releases Process accounts payable/receivable and subcontractor payments Reconcile costs and provide financial reports Requirements: 3+ years accounting experience (construction preferred) Proficient in QuickBooks.
