Sommaire du poste Relevant du Directeur des opĂ©rations, ce poste joue un rĂŽle clĂ© dans lâoptimisation de nos processus manufacturiers et de qualitĂ©, ainsi que dans le dĂ©veloppement dâune culture dâamĂ©lioration continue Ă lâĂ©chelle de lâentreprise. Vous agirez comme agent de changement et partenaire des opĂ©rations, en identifiant et en structurant des initiatives visant Ă amĂ©liorer la performance, la qualitĂ© et lâefficacitĂ© opĂ©rationnelle.
Vous superviserez Ă©galement lâĂ©quipe qualitĂ© et veillerez au respect dâun systĂšme de gestion de la qualitĂ©. Vous travaillerez en Ă©troite collaboration avec les Ă©quipes de production, dâingĂ©nierie, de maintenance et de planification, ainsi quâavec les autres dĂ©partements au besoin, afin dâoptimiser les processus, amĂ©liorer la qualitĂ©, rĂ©duire les inefficacitĂ©s et soutenir les initiatives dâamĂ©lioration continue. ResponsabilitĂ©s Analyser et optimiser les processus opĂ©rationnels afin dâidentifier les inefficacitĂ©s, rĂ©duire les pertes et amĂ©liorer la performance opĂ©rationnelle. Ătre familier avec les systĂšmes de gestion de la qualitĂ© et en ĂȘtre responsable, notamment pour leur sĂ©lection, ainsi que pour assurer leur adoption et leur application rigoureuse.
Optimiser les processus qualitĂ©, tels que la gestion des non-conformitĂ©s (NCR), en sâassurant que les actions prĂ©ventives sâattaquent aux causes racines afin dâĂ©liminer les risques de rĂ©currence. Mettre en place et maintenir des stratĂ©gies visant Ă rĂ©duire les taux de rejet, tant en production que chez les fournisseurs. Identifier les goulots dâĂ©tranglement dans la production et implanter des solutions durables pour amĂ©liorer les flux de travail et la collaboration interservices.
DĂ©finir, suivre et analyser les indicateurs de performance opĂ©rationnelle afin de soutenir la prise de dĂ©cision et les prioritĂ©s dâamĂ©lioration. DĂ©velopper et maintenir des outils de suivi et des tableaux de bord pour assurer une meilleure visibilitĂ© de la performance opĂ©rationnelle. DĂ©ployer des initiatives dâamĂ©lioration continue (Lean, Kaizen, rĂ©solution de problĂšmes) et coordonner des projets transversaux ayant un impact opĂ©rationnel.
Collaborer avec les gestionnaires et les Ă©quipes de soutien pour favoriser lâadoption de nouvelles pratiques et renforcer une culture dâamĂ©lioration continue. You will act as a change agent and operational partner, identifying and structuring initiatives aimed at improving performance, quality, and operational efficiency.
You will oversee the quality team and ensure compliance to a quality management system. You will work closely with the production, engineering, maintenance, and planning teams, as well as other departments as needed, to optimize processes, improve quality ,reduce inefficiencies, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities Analyze and optimize operational processes to identify inefficiencies, reduce waste, and improve operational performance.
Familiar with quality management systems, being responsible for its selection, ensuring rigorous adoption and adherence. Optimize quality processes, such as Non-Conformance Reporting (NCRs), ensuring that preventive actions drive at root cause to eliminate their potential for recurrence. Establish and maintain strategies to reduce reject rates in both production and amongst suppliers Identify production bottlenecks and implement sustainable solutions to improve workflow and cross-departmental collaboration.
Define, monitor, and analyze operational performance indicators to support decision-making and improvement priorities. Develop and maintain performance tracking tools and dashboards to ensure better operational visibility. Deploy continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Kaizen, problem-solving) and coordinate cross-functional improvement projects with operational impact.
Collaborate with managers and support teams in adopting new practices to strengthen a culture of continuous improvement. Skills and Qualifications Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Operations or Quality Management, or a related field 5 to 8 years of experience in continuous improvement or operations optimization Experience in a manufacturing environment ideally in metal stamping or metal fabrication Lean Six Sigma certification (Green or Black Belt) Experience in a quality regulated environment with responsibility for creation and adherence to documented procedures Competencies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Solid knowledge of Lean methodologies and continuous improvement tools Solid knowledge of ISO quality standards or similar Experience managing cross-functional improvement projects Influential leadership and ability to mobilize teams Excellent communication and collaboration skills; fluency in French (spoken and written) and intermediate proficiency in English Experience working in an ERP environment (preferably Profit Key International) Value-added assets: Work experience in a precision manufacturing environment and proficiency with precision measuring instruments. Experience in painting processes (powder coating) and their inspection requirements.
