JOB DESCRIPTION Corporate Actions Analyst / Operations Specialist Location: Brooklyn, NY 11201 Pay Rate: $39.28/hr W2 Duration: 6 Months (Contract-to-Hire potential) Work Model: 100% Onsite (5 Days/Week) Schedule: Monday Friday | 8:30 AM 5:30 PM Additional Details Conversion: Potential (Grade 502/601) based on performance Visa: Not eligible for employer-sponsored immigration support Interview Process: 1 Round (Zoom) 2nd Round (if required) Education Requirements Bachelor's Degree (Finance / Economics preferred) Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Corporate Actions Analyst to support asset servicing operations across the Americas (WHEM markets). This role focuses on accurate and timely processing of corporate action events, ensuring compliance with market deadlines and client requirements. Key Responsibilities Process mandatory and voluntary corporate action events accurately and within deadlines Manage instructions, entitlements, and client requirements across multiple markets Perform controls, validations, and reconciliations to ensure data accuracy Monitor and manage group mailboxes and internal query tools Respond to client-facing and internal inquiries in a timely manner Collaborate with Product, Network Management, sub-custodians, and vendors to resolve issues Review and enhance processes to reduce risk and improve efficiency Support training and provide guidance to team members Assist with workload balancing and strategic initiatives Ensure adherence to operational risk and control frameworks Required Skills & Experience Experience in Corporate Actions / Asset Servicing / Operations Strong attention to detail and accuracy Control mindset with focus on risk mitigation Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment Strong communication and coordination skills Top Skills Accuracy & Attention to Detail Control & Risk Mindset Corporate Actions / Operations Experience Nice to Have Exposure to SWIFT (MT564/566), DTCC, Client, Euroclear, Clearstream Experience with mandatory & voluntary corporate actions Background in financial services or banking operations Red Flags (Avoid Submitting Candidates Who): Have frequent job changes / short tenures Lack attention to detail or operational discipline Ideal Candidate Detail-oriented and process-driven Strong in handling high-volume operational work Able to work onsite consistently Quick learner with a proactive approach
